Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings (MUSHD) is a securities holding company wholly owned by the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.
In addition to Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, MUSHD has subsidiaries and other affiliates that undertake securities and investment banking operations overseas. MUSHD assumes responsibility for the MUFG Group’s securities and investment banking strategy as a whole by engaging in operation management and business support for these affiliated subsidiaries.
