Supporting Activities to Contribute to Local Communities

Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities supports the planning and implementation of locally rooted contribution activities carried out voluntarily by divisions and branches nationwide.
To date, we have continually participated in activities such as planting in Nakajima Park conducted by a Mitsubishi corporate friendship organization located in Sapporo, and a volunteer cleanup of the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima, as well as implementing assistance as necessary for community events, NPOs that support the disabled, and other initiatives.
By working collectively to plan and implement such activities, divisions and branches cultivate a sense of unity which in turn leads to an enhanced capacity for teamwork.

Participation in the National Furusato-seiso Neighborhood Cleanup Rally

With an organizing committee chaired by Mr. Sadaharu Oh, the national Furusato-seiso neighborhood cleanup rally has called on citizens, students and companies across Japan to take “action to improve the environment” every year since 2007 through activities concentrated in the month of October under the slogan, “Take action on the environment starting in your neighborhood!”
