"Job Shadowing" Work Experience Program

In the Job Shadowing program, students follow working people for several hours just like a “shadow” to watch them work in order to feel the heated and tense atmosphere of meetings and experience firsthand the challenges of work.

This program has been jointly implemented every year since 2007 by the MUFG Group, a public interest incorporated association, Junior Achievement Japan *, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Office of Education for the purpose of “Nurturing Society’s Next Generation.” Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities accepts 20 high school students under this program every year.

  • *The Japanese unit of Junior Achievement Worldwide, which is the world’s largest non-profit organization promoting economic education and was established in the United States in 1919.
